Prior to going to WSU, I worked as a Veterinary Technician for 11 years. I received a Vet. Tech. Certificate from Orange Coast College
HobbiesI really enjoy working with elementery school kids. I am currently a volunteer tutor in 4th grade classrooms and as a tutor in the Homework Center; I have volunteered in 5th grade classes as well.
I love animals and plants-I am a biologist!
I have learned alot of practical biochemistry in my long experience as a scientist-it is actually very cool! The elementary school Science Fair is for 4th and 5th graders-we do an 8 week experiment and then present results at the Fair-excellent!
