Mallory P.

Private tutor in Seattle, WA

Education

Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Seattle University, 2014

Experience

I was a chemistry tutor during high school as a senior and in various subjects throughout college, my test scores include a 32 ACT, 740 SAT Math II Subject Test, 680 SAT Literature Subject Test, and a 4 on AP Calculus AB, AP Statistics, and AP Literature. I want to be a tutor because I have experienced success in tutoring before and know how rewarding it can be to help someone improve academically. I have spent a lot of time learning the best ways to study for both classes and standardized tests such as the SAT and ACT and would love to share my tips and strategies with others.

Hobbies

I love sports and have played soccer and softball all my life. I also enjoy art and spend much of my free time painting or drawing. I'm from Santa Cruz, CA, so I love the ocean and one of my favorite things is a bonfire on the beach. I recently graduated with a B.S. in biochemistry and plan on pursuing a master's in bioengineering following a gap year. I have a strong passion for helping others and bettering the lives of those around me.
