Hi! I am a very experienced chemist who would love to assist you in whatever way I can to help you reach your personal goals. I have a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. - all in biochemistry and chemistry. I have been studying and working in all areas of chemistry and science for over 15 years, and have taught and tutored many students through my career - both in person, as well as online. My primary focus was on organic chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry, and have tutored and taught students at all levels of study - from high school, college, and beyond. I have spent my life learning about science and furthering my chemistry expertise. There is nothing more gratifying for me than to spread knowledge and teach others the beauty of science in a way to hopefully let them understand and see the world in a different way. Whatever your goals are - whether you are just starting out with the basics of chemistry & biology, or are looking for advanced college level tutoring, I am here to help. I pride myself in being a great communicator to all people, all ages, and all prior levels of knowledge. I have instructed hundreds of students through the years, and even was awarded an "outstanding graduate student teacher" award while I was completing my Ph.D. and teaching college students general and organic chemistry. My main focus will be on helping YOU. Whatever your learning style, and whatever your goals are, we will tailor our sessions to most effectively and clearly allow you to truly understand the concepts and ideas.

Hobbies
My primary focus in my education and laboratory work was in biochemistry and organic chemistry. However, I did quite a bit of laboratory work in the field of physical chemistry, which was heavily physics and mathematics based. This puts me in a position to help and tutor with all areas of chemistry, and provide a unique perspective on connecting many pieces to put together a big picture and conceptual understanding of the subject matter. Whether we are studying general chemistry, biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, advanced chemistry or physics, I can teach it to you in a way that is easily understandable, and in a way that you retain and remember the knowledge.
