Your one stop-shop, for any and all things Chemistry. Ive tutored 50+ students in scientific courses ranging from high school biology to college level quantum chemistry. I have a passion for science and science education. My method is to ensure that the student(s) comprehend the material beyond the scope of 'passing the test'. To facilitate this, I ask students (at an appropriate level) to critically evaluate their reasoning and I always look for ways to bring in outside material. My previous educational work has been both in the laboratory and the classroom setting. I often find that the students I work with not only enjoy my ability to covey information, but also my enthusiasm for the subjects. I expect students to come in ready to learn and with an open mind. I am dedicated to making sure students are engaged in the material by drawing connections to various topics to help with comprehension. Once a basic understanding of material is grasped we can then work to understand the fundamentals of why and how it all comes together.
