Wellesley - BA, Architecture

I am the daughter of a Registered Nurse and a Mechanical Engineer with a Ph.D. The love my parents had for math and science rubbed off on me, and I now tutor in the subjects of science and math regularly. I offer tutoring in algebra, geometry, middle school math, and preparation for the SAT, ISEE, SSAT, and ACT.I graduated from Wellesley College and participated in a wide variety of activities in both my college years and as a high school student, where I took part in a leadership program, enjoyed sculpture, and played volleyball. My career is now in video production and advertising. I have worked as a para-educator for high school classes in Seattle, offering assistance with math courses. I have also volunteered with a youth refugee program. I love learning, and strive to teach my students to love it as well. I encourage my students as they grasp difficult concepts, and I can help them conquer any problem they are faced with. When I am not working, I am sailing or swimming. Besides teaching, they are the two activities I enjoy the most.
