You're getting a jack-of-all-trades tutor with over 15 years of experience in journalism, 20 plus years of academic writing, and nearly 30 years of art. I have a diploma in journalism from Northern Arizona University where, in addition to writing for both local and school publications while completing my degree, I would tutor and proofread other students work. My main emphasis in writing has been in-depth interviews with any celebrity speaker or musician to appear in the area while also being fortunate enough to cover such varied topics as regional politics, tribal issues, environmental concerns, restaurant reviews, travel, outdoor sports, and art. In addition to writing, I have years of experience working with varying degrees of developmentally disabled adults aided by my passion for sociology and social justice. As a tutor, it is my goal to give students the skills necessary not only for their classes, but also the tools to prepare them for employment and success in the real world.
