Hello I am Carlos, I offer private language lessons in Spanish (native) and French(advanced level) and tutoring for Italian (intermediate level) and Turkish (basic level). Knowing 8 languages (Spanish, Italian, French, English, Turkish, German, Catalan, Portuguese), I have a strong understanding of grammar and the skills required to learn languages. I am very enthusiastic about learning and teaching languages and hope to share my passion for languages with you. I have successful prior tutoring experience and adjust my teaching methods according to the students' needs and strengths (speaking, grammar, writing, listening and reading). I do my best to accommodate to the way you learn either by learning with images or audio. I stress the importance of having conversations so you can practice the targeted language and I will just speak to you in that language so you can practice your understanding. Language skills: Spanish: I am a Spanish native speaker. I was raised and attended high school in Mexico. English : I did part of my BA degree in the US. French: I did part of my degree in the French part of Switzerland. All my classes were in French plus I majored in French. Italian: I took Italian classes during my studies in Switzerland. It was very easy to practice it since is one of the official languages in Switzerland and there is a high amount of Italian students to practice. Turkish: I did part of my Masters degree in Istanbul in Turkey and I was a Spanish and French tutor there as well. I am available for lessons via Skype or in Person in North of Seattle and Downtown. There is a 2 hour minimum per session. I look forward to hear from you.
