Education

University of Washington - BA, Law, Societies, & Justice; Communications (Journalism)

Experience

I tutor English, grammar and mechanics, writing, and essay editing plus help students prepare for various sections of the LSAT. I moved to Seattle to go to the University of Washington, where I earned a B.A. in Communication (Journalism) and Law, Societies, and Justice programs. Prior to that, I was living across the U.S. and in Korea for some time. I applied for a tutoring role on campus which I had during my past two years at college. I enjoyed helping my friends by explaining things, going through reading materials together, and doing homework so this seemed to be the next logical step.I loved to help people develop their writing, in turn enabling them build their abilities themselves too, and still enjoy this process. Teaching the LSAT is as fun for me as was preparing for it, as far as standardized tests go. I try to help my students enjoy this as much as possible too. Excelling in English subjects and in standardized tests paves the way to a more successful school and work life. Living in Seattle, Washington is great and I love to roam and explore the city. I enjoy watching television, reading, basketball, and playing games.
