Hobbies

I am first and foremost a poet. I believe in the saving power of poetry to uncover, expose, and heal, the complicated journey it is to be human. Secondly, I am an outdoor enthusiast. I love to rock climb, hike, mountaineer, backpack, and explore. Lately, I have been cultivating a love for ethics and Cosmology. Something about being hurled through space on a tiny rock is exhilarating. I keep my reading diverse, and can be seen reading the New Yorker on one day, Scientific American the next, and Psychology today on another.
