Education

I have a BS in mathematics from UMass Amherst (go minutemen!) and a PhD in pure math from University of Georgia. I have taken lots and lots of math classes, and have taught / TA'ed for several as well. If you have any questions about me, or my tutoring methods, feel free to shoot me an email! Relevant Experience: - Private tutor for ≈8 years. - Instructor of calculus, precalculus, and math of decision making. (3 years.) - TA for calculus, linear algebra, and intro to proofs courses. (4 years.) - Teacher for SAT / ACT prep course (Summer 2014). Coursework: - Complete undergraduate curriculum in mathematics - Minor in computer science included programming, data structures, algorithms, software engineering, and theory of computation courses - extensive graduate work in algebra, number theory, geometry, topology, algebraic geometry - completed teaching course at UGA
