I currently moved to Seattle from California. I have over 10 years of experience working as a tutor. I began tutoring as a Junior in high school to students who were learning English as a second language (ESL). I began my career working for the Redwood City School District as a 2nd grade bilingual teacher. Working as a teacher gave me the opportunity to work with students of diverse backgrounds, race, ethnicities, gender, religion, and socioeconomic status. My experience working in the education field fostered my desire to provide all students with academic opportunities to succeed in life.
