Education

Seattle Pacific University - BS, Biochemistry

Experience

I attended Seattle Pacific University, where I was able to develop the skills necessary to improve my teaching abilities. When I was in grade school, I often struggled with learning. Through exploring different learning styles and perspectives, I learned what worked for me. This academic exploration helped me excel in classroom learning. As a teacher, I believe that anyone can overcome academic hurdles, but it requires a bit of help with approaching the solution. Because of this, I enjoy helping students overcome their learning disabilities and other academic obstacles.I teach a number of subjects, such as algebra one and two, pre-calculus to calculus two, middle school mathematics, geometry, trigonometry, anatomy, biology, including microbiology, chemistry, along with organic and physical chemistry, physics, physiology, and psychology. I also tutor a number of courses related to social studies, like American and European history, world history, and government. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball and skiing.
